This recipe for fast and appetizing baking powder bagels uses either wheat or gluten free flour and has 5 simple ingredients – 6 if you add sesame seeds sprinkled on top before baking. My recipe uses dairy-based Greek yogurt which is higher in protein than regular yogurt, is a good source of calcium, vitamin B2 and B12, selenium as well as vitamin A, zinc and potassium. Plain Greek yogurt is low in carbs and has little sugar. The flavoured varieties have more sugar so eat those in moderation. These heavenly rings are delicious hot from the oven or next day plain or toasted. So. Very. Good.
