Tangy and tasty this easy to make, no-bake, lemon and coconut square is a perfect summer treat. Reminiscent to many of their Granny's kitchen, this is an ages old recipe I’ve recreated and revised. The result is a healthier, chewy, delicate and subtle lemony flavoured coconut goodie to store in the fridge for a cool slice of something sweet to have on a hot summer’s day.
