I’m pleased to help you gain abundant health through lively, fun and informative cooking workshops for a variety of health-related and relevant topics.
The focus will be on delicious and nutritious foods, made with love, laughter and inclusiveness. In this ever-evolving, stressful, fast-paced world, if I can entice you to slow down, cook a great meal or bake something delicious, and be mindful as you enjoy every bite, then I have done my job!
Currently, all workshops will be offered online until we can gather again in-person.
