Rolo Pretzles

OMG! Can I tell you how super simple and easy this salty/sweet treat is. It has that crunch that we all crave! It would be such a fun and tasty activity to do with kids.

This recipe is one from the archives! I think we might have made this in HomeEc – ya, that’s how far back they go!

These are so so good!

You can make as many as you wish or that your pan allows room for. A package of Rolos has 10 in each so in increments of 10 is easy to count out.

As always, when you make this recipe, I would love to see your creation so please post a photo of your Rolo Pretzels goodness and tag my IG account #RenataCollective or leave a comment with your thoughts!

Prep Time: 10 Minutes / Cook Time: 6 minutes / Makes: as many as you wish in increments of 10

Ingredients

  • Mini pretzels

  • Rolos - regular size, not mini sized

  • Pecan halves

How It's Made

  • Preheat oven to 250°F

  • Place parchment paper on a baking sheet.

  • Place pretzels on parchment on the baking sheet.

  • Top each with one Rolo.

  • Bake for 6 minutes. You want the rolo soft and holding its shape, not melted. The rolos will look shiny.

  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven and immediately top with another pretzel, or a pecan half, pushing down slightly.

  • Allow the treats to cool.

  • Store in an airtight container on your counter.

Enjoy!
