TikTok Corn (or Rice Cake) PB Cups

TikTok is a wealth of trending things. Some are worth trying, like the rice cake, or in my instance, corn cake, PB Cup.  They are no-bake, take 5 minutes to make and They. Are. Delicious! Seriously, you have to try these!   

For being so decadent, they aren’t even unhealthy!  I used corn cakes as I like the way they taste like popcorn, natural peanut butter and I used homemade chia jam in some and tahini maple syrup caramel in the others. Ya, I did. And wow!! They give a different taste sensation and both are pretty darn fabulous!

Prep Time: 5 minutes / Fridge Time: 15 minutes / Makes: 6

Ingredients

  • 6 Corn Cakes or Rice Cakes

  • 6 Heaping teaspoons All-Natural Peanut Butter (or more to suit your taste)

  • 6 teaspoons Chia Jam – or jam of your choice

    Or

  • 6 teaspoons Tahini Maple Caramel

    Or

  • 3 of Each

  • 1/3 - 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips – melted (depending on how thick you wish your chocolate layer to be)

  • Coarse Grain Salt – to sprinkle on top

How It’s Made

  • Lay the corn or rice cake on a board or a flat plate.

  • Spread the peanut butter on each cake.

  • Dollop and spread the jam or the caramel on top of the peanut butter.

  • Pour and spread some melted chocolat over the jam or caramel layer.

  • Sprinkle a bit of the coarse grain sea salt on top of the chocolate.

  • Pop the cakes into the fridge to set for 15 minutes or so. You want the chocolate to harden.

  • Store the cakes in the fridge.
