Tahini Tamari Salad Dressing

Making your own salad dressings is so easy! This is one of my favourites – it can be a salad dressing or a sauce that you can use in fajitas, with cooked meat, with cubed pan-roasted tempeh cubes, roasted veggies, boiled potatoes, over a half avocado, a drizzle over sliced hardboiled eggs… It’s really good!!

As always, when you make this, please let me know how you liked it by leaving a comment or tagging my Instagram account so I can see!

Prep Time: 5 minutes / Cook time: No cook time / Total: 5 minutes / Makes: 1/3 cup of sauce

Ingredients:

  • 3 Tablespoons Tahini

  • 2 Tablespoons Tamari

  • 3 Tablespoon Water

  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil

  • Pepper – to taste

    How It’s Made

  • In a small bowl or jar with a tight-fitting lid, add the tahini, tamari, water, sesame oil and a grinding of pepper. Whisk or shake to combine.

  • Add more water, a tablespoon at a time, whisking or shaking after each edition, if you want a thinner consistency.

  • That’s it. Super simple and super delicious! Store any leftover dressing in the fridge.

Enjoy!

Variations:

  • Double or triple the recipe if you want more of this deliciousness made up and ready in your fridge to use!

  • Add salt to your taste.

  • Add a clove of garlic - minced.
