It's a lovely, delicate combination balance of Honey, Dijon and Balsamic! I hope you love it!
Balsamic vinegar is a powerhouse of health benefits. Traditionally made with white Trebbiano grapes harvested in Modena, Italy and due to the unique ageing process, the juice is made into a complex, nutrient-rich elixir rich in antioxidants, antimicrobials, polyphenols, and acetic acid. These compounds contribute to heart health support, improved digestion and blood sugar balancing. So versatile a vinegar, it can be combines with both savory and sweet ingredients and used in both savory dishes and desserts.
Honey – is an antioxidant, antifungal and antibacterial, supports digestion and gut health, wound healing with its natural microbial inhibitor components and supports brain health.
