Hot Oatmeal with Hemp Hearts, Walnuts and Blueberries
I love how hot oatmeal warms both body and soul on a cold winter morning or really any morning as I make hot oatmeal throughout the year! The hemp hearts provide protein and richness to the oatmeal and make you feel full longer. The oats and oat bran contain fiber, antioxidants, a multitude of minerals and vitamins, the walnuts are brain food with their omega 3 fats, antioxidants, and have benefits for lowering cholesterol and the blueberries are packed with antioxidants and nutrients plus they happen to be sweet and delicious!
