5 Minute Overnight Oats - 3 variations

More overnight oats for you to try! I love having these in the fridge to grab and go!

Each 250 ml Container these base ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup large flake oats

  • 1 Tbsp Chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup - or more to taste

  • 3/4 cup almond milk

Left one: added 1 tsp cocoa, 1 Tbsp cacao nibs

Middle one: 1/3 shredded coconut - sweetened or unsweetened to your taste, 1/4 cup sliced almonds

Right one: 1/4 - 1/3 cup frozen blackberries

Variations

  • 1 Tbsp of Almond Butter and ¼ cup sliced almonds

  • 1 Tbsp all-natural peanut butter and 1/8 cup chocolate chips

  • A fresh cut up peach (when in season)

  • Half a ripe mango cut in bite-sized pieces and ¼ cup shredded coconut

  • ¼ cup raspberries and ¼ cup roughly chopped peacans

  • 1 Tbsp pure pumpkin puree and ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
