Ginger is a powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant food helping with the free radicals in our bodies. Ginger is well documented and know to help against nausea, and soothes an irritated throat. It has been shown that it can help with osteoarthritis , is beneficial aiding in blood sugar balancing, and may improve brain function and protect against cognitive degeneration.
